In this section of the site, you will find:
- Books: Both reference and on teaching English. The level and type of student is noted for each book. As reviews come available, they will be included. Links to several well-known bookstores are also included in case you'd like to purchase the book rather than take it out of the library.
- TESL schools: Schools offering TEFL/TESL certification of masters programs in TESL are listed. Explanations of teaching requirements for the US and UK are also noted.
- Professional organizations: If you are planning on being involved in teaching English, it is highly recommended that you join one of the professional organizations. These organizations will have journals, lesson plans, international health insurance, etc. available to you.
- Tips: Tips for hosting students and teaching. Great place to start if you are looking for quick ideas to get you started.
- Lesson plans: Each week at least one new lesson plan will be added. All lessons are copyright the author unless otherwise noted and are in PDF format. The level and type of student for the plan will be noted in the description. Please check back often!
